Nedria Tai’Shaye Lance was born December 5, 1990. In MYRTLE BEACH, SC. Nedria who goes by the stage name Dria, grew up on WASHINGTON st. One of the well known streets in Myrtle Beach. Dria has always been musically talented from a very young age. Starting off in a Pentecostal church, where her mother was a minister, she was one of those kids who participated on the choir, praise team, dance teams and step teams. Even in school Dria was a member of the well known Gospel choir for Myrtle Beach High School directed by Edwin Golson. Dria has always been a product of music. Music is her therapy, and has gained more value in life since her moms death April of 2019.
